|Don't try to do everything at the same moment. Make yourself a schedule and stick to it. If you eat now six times a day, during the next two weeks try to eat five times a day, and then four, and then three, which is what most healthy people do.
This is not a minor thing: once you get accustomed to eat three times a day, you will probably be eating just 50% of what you eat now.
Then, develop your self-discipline further by allowing yourself to eat just one dish on each meal. You will get accustomed soon enough. After a while, try to put less on each dish, and so on.
In this way, in two or three months you would have completely changed your habits and thus, the causes of your present ailments would have been eradicated.
