Chapman Andrews, Roy - Roy Chapman Andrews (1884-1960) was a taxidermist, explorer, palaeontologist and director of th American Museum of Natural History; he gained world fame around 1922 during an expedition to Mongolia, where he made very significant fossil discoveries, including the first ever seen dinosaur nests and eggs, as well as evidence that mammals and dinosaurs coexisted before their extinction during the K-T event. Indiana Jones, the movie character interpreted by Harrison Ford is based on the true life of Mr. Chapman Andrews.
